30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Important: Installed Products

Due to the nature of lock and security hardware:

  • Installed or used locks are not eligible for return

  • Products showing signs of installation or wear may be rejected

We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications carefully or contacting us before installation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and order details

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@lockselect.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return cost


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they must follow the return process.
