Product & Usage
How do I set or reset my combination lock?
Each product includes step-by-step instructions. Typically:
- Enter the default code to open the lock. (e.g., 000)
- Slide the reset switch on the bottom back of the lock to the right.
- Set your new combination.
- Slide the reset switch back to the left to complete the setup.
Are your locks weatherproof?
Many of our locks are designed to be water-resistant and rust-resistant. Check the product description for specific ratings.
What should I do if I forget my combination?
For security reasons, combination locks cannot be reset without the correct code. We recommend:
- Keeping a record of your code
