SURELOCK PL-5 FAQs
Yes. The SureLock PL-5 is a dual-access luggage lock. You can use your personal 4-digit combination for everyday access or the included backup key when key access is more convenient. The red Open Alert indicator pops up when the lock’s key-access mechanism has been used. This can help you notice that the lock was opened with a key, such as during an authorized baggage inspection. Using your own backup key may also activate the indicator. The SureLock PL-5 uses a 4-digit combination, giving you 10,000 possible codes from 0000 to 9999. You can change the combination whenever needed using the built-in reset switch. Open the lock and use the built-in reset switch to enter combination-setting mode. Choose your new 4-digit code, then return the reset switch to its normal position before closing the lock. Test the new combination several times while the lock is still open. The backup key gives you another way to open the SureLock PL-5 if you cannot use your combination. After opening the lock, follow the product’s reset instructions before using a new combination. Keep the backup key in a separate, secure place rather than inside the bag being locked. The SureLock PL-5 uses a flexible steel cable designed to pass through compatible suitcase zipper pulls, backpacks, duffel bags, travel bags, and other small locking points. Because zipper pulls and attachment openings vary, check the available opening and clearance before purchasing. Can I open the SureLock PL-5 with both a combination and a key?

Forge Eagle 21105 FAQ
No. Owners unlock the Eagle 21105 with their 3-digit combination. The TSA keyhole is intended for authorized security screening access and is not an owner keyway. The flexible cable measures about 4 in from end to end and forms an internal loop of about 1.5 in when locked. It is designed to pass through standard luggage zipper pulls and many compatible hard-case lock openings. Check the size and clearance of your attachment point before purchasing. The Open Alert indicator provides a visible signal after the lock has been opened using the TSA inspection keyway. When you enter the correct combination and open the lock, the indicator automatically resets for future use. The Eagle 21105 uses a back-switch reset system. Open the lock with the current 3-digit combination, move the reset switch on the back into the setting position, choose your new code, then return the switch to its original position. For detailed instructions, see our How to Set Forge TSA Lock guide. The Eagle 21105 does not have an owner master-reset function. If the combination is forgotten while the lock is closed, the code cannot simply be reset without first opening the lock with the correct combination. For that reason, test and record your new code before locking it onto your luggage.Does the Forge Eagle 21105 come with an owner key?

Unlike combination-only models, the SureLock 25029 includes owner key access. If you forget your code, use the backup key to open the lock. Once the lock is open, follow the normal reset procedure to set a new 4-digit combination. TSA006 identifies the inspection keyway used by the SureLock 25029 for authorized baggage screening. The lock also gives the owner normal access through either the personal 4-digit combination or the included owner key. The factory combination is 0000. The SureLock 25029 is listed as keyed alike, so locks supplied together in the same multipack can use the matching keys from that set. Forge Koala 2A008 FAQs
No. The Koala 2A008 is a keyed TSA cable lock, so there is no combination to remember or reset. Owners unlock the lock with the included dimple key. Keyed alike means that every Koala lock in the same package can be opened with any of the keys included in that package. This lets you carry one working key while keeping the other included keys in a separate safe place. Keyed-alike compatibility is guaranteed within the same package. Do not assume that keys from a separately purchased Koala set will open locks from another package. Keep at least one original key from each set in a safe place. TSA006 identifies the inspection key system used by the Koala 2A008. You use the included owner key for normal access, while authorized airport security can use the compatible TSA inspection system to open and re-lock the lock during baggage screening without needing your personal key. The flexible cable is designed to pass through many suitcase zipper pulls, backpacks, briefcases, laptop bags, and compatible locker openings. Because attachment points vary in size and shape, check the opening and available clearance before purchasing. The Koala 2A008 is designed so the lock must be returned to the locked position before the key can be removed. This helps reduce the chance of the lock being left open after authorized inspection or normal use.Does the Forge Koala 2A008 use a combination?

Forge OX Edge TS-431B FAQs
Yes. The OX Edge TS-431B is a dual-access lock. You can open it with your 4-digit combination or use the included owner key as a backup access method. If you forget your combination, you can use the included owner key to open the OX Edge TS-431B. Once the lock is open, you can follow the normal reset procedure to set a new 4-digit code. Keep at least one owner key in a separate safe place when traveling. Locks purchased in the same OX Edge package are keyed alike, so the included owner keys work with the locks in that set. Do not assume that a key from a separately purchased OX Edge package will open another set. The OX Edge TS-431B uses a parallel-press reset system. Open the lock with the current code, rotate the shackle 180 degrees until it is parallel with the lock body, press the shackle down gently, set your new 4-digit code, then pull the shackle back up and return it to the locking position. For detailed instructions, see our How to Set Forge TSA Lock guide. The OX Edge TS-431B uses a rigid hardened-steel shackle measuring 0.13 in in diameter with approximately 0.98 in of vertical clearance. The lock body measures 1.3 × 2.72 × 0.55 in. Check the opening size and surrounding clearance of your zipper pulls, case, locker, or other attachment point before purchasing. No. TSA inspection access does not change your personal 4-digit combination. The red Open Alert indicator rises after the lock has been opened through the TSA inspection system, giving you a visible sign that your luggage was inspected. Strong Travel Protection | Lightweight for Any Trip
TSA locks are a global security system that allows luggage to be locked while permitting security authorities (TSA) to open and inspect contents without damaging the lock. Ideal for carry-on luggage and backpacks.
More Than a Travel Lock — Built with Metal for Real Travel Conditions.
Unlike plastic locks that may crack, FORGE TSA locks use a durable metal body for long-term protection. Compact and secure, they are built for luggage, backpacks, gym bags, and toolboxes in any condition.
Secure Keyed TSA Lock for Bags, Backpacks & Everyday Travel
FORGE OX uses a high-security TSA006 dimple key cylinder and a durable metal body. All locks in the same package are keyed alike, so one key opens every lock. Compact, kid-friendly, and perfect for all travel gear.
Forge OX 15011 FAQs
No. The OX 15011 is a keyed luggage lock, so there is no combination to set, remember, or reset. Owners unlock the lock with the included dimple key. Keyed alike means that every OX lock in the same package can be opened with any of the keys included in that package. This makes it easier to manage multiple locks without carrying a separate key for each one. Do not assume that keys from a separately purchased OX package will open locks from another set. Keyed-alike compatibility applies to the locks and keys supplied together in the same package. Keep at least one original key from each set in a separate safe place. TSA006 identifies the inspection key system used by the OX 15011. You use the included dimple key for normal access, while authorized airport security can use the compatible TSA inspection system to open and re-lock the lock during baggage screening. The OX 15011 uses a compact rigid steel shackle designed for many suitcase zipper pulls, backpacks, travel bags, briefcases, and compatible locker openings. Because attachment points vary in size and shape, check the opening and surrounding clearance before purchasing. Keep at least one included key in a separate safe place whenever possible. If you lose your keys, replacement keys are available for the Forge OX Series, but the replacement must match your lock rather than simply using a key from another OX package.Does the Forge OX 15011 use a combination?

One 4-Digit System. Two Lock Styles. Ready for More Bags.
The Business Travel Bundle combines four Anvil TSA-approved luggage locks for travelers carrying a mix of suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks, and work bags. It includes two black flexible cable locks and two yellow rigid-shackle locks, giving you different locking options while keeping the same familiar 4-digit combination format across the entire set.
Use the flexible cable design where compatible zipper pulls are recessed, offset, or harder to reach. Use the compact yellow shackle locks on compatible luggage hardware where a traditional padlock design fits naturally. The contrasting yellow locks also make selected bags easier to identify when traveling with multiple pieces of luggage.
What's Included
2 × Anvil 23032 TSA Cable Locks — Black
A flexible cable design for compatible luggage and work-bag locking points where a rigid shackle may be less convenient.
2 × Anvil C106 TSA Combination Locks — Yellow
A compact rigid-shackle option with a bright yellow finish that helps selected bags stand out when you are traveling with multiple pieces of luggage.
Why It Works for Business Travel
One Combination Format Across All Four Locks
Both Anvil lock styles use resettable 4-digit combinations, keeping the setup consistent across your luggage and work bags.
Cable + Shackle Flexibility
Two different connector styles give you more options when bag hardware varies. Flexible cables can be useful for compatible recessed or offset zipper pulls, while rigid shackles provide a compact option for other compatible locking points.
Know When the Cable Locks Were Inspected
Both Anvil 23032 cable locks include a Search Alert indicator designed to become visible when the TSA inspection mechanism has been used.
Identify Key Bags Faster
The yellow C106 locks create a clear visual contrast against the black cable locks, making it easier to designate and identify specific bags in a multi-bag travel setup.
Built Around the Bags Business Travelers Carry
Best For
Fit note: Lock compatibility depends on the size, position, and shape of the zipper pulls or locking points on each bag. Check your luggage hardware before use rather than assuming either lock style fits every bag.
Two Lock Styles. One Travel-Ready Set.
Not every bag has the same zipper pulls or locking points. This bundle combines flexible cable locks with traditional padlocks, giving your family more options for securing suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks, and other compatible travel gear.
Both styles use resettable 3-digit combinations and include Open Alert indicators, so switching between locks does not mean learning a different system.
What’s Included
Six TSA-approved Forge locks in two different designs give you more flexibility for a multi-bag trip.
Forge Eagle TSA Cable Locks
Flexible cable locks designed for zipper pulls and locking points where a traditional rigid shackle may be less convenient.
Forge Titan TSA Padlocks
Compact traditional padlocks with a rigid shackle for compatible luggage, travel cases, and other standard locking points.
Which Lock Style Should I Use?
The main difference is how each lock connects to your bag. Choose the style that best fits the zipper pulls or locking point in front of you.
| Feature | Eagle Cable Lock | Titan Padlock |
|---|---|---|
| Included | 4 locks | 2 locks |
| Lock Style | Flexible cable | Rigid shackle |
| Combination | 3-digit | 3-digit |
| Open Alert | Yes | Yes |
| TSA-Approved | Yes | Yes |
| Best For | Zipper pulls and tighter openings | Standard and larger compatible locking points |
| Main Advantage | Flexible reach and fit | Compact traditional padlock design |
More Bags. More Locking Points. One Bundle.
Suitcases, backpacks, carry-ons, and travel cases do not all use the same type of locking point. Combining cable locks and padlocks lets you match the lock to the bag instead of forcing one lock style to fit everything.
Suitcases
Choose a cable or padlock based on the size and position of the suitcase zipper pulls or locking point.
Carry-Ons
Keep a compact lock available for carry-on luggage without adding unnecessary bulk.
Backpacks
The flexible Eagle cable can be useful with smaller or less accessible zipper openings.
Travel Cases
Titan padlocks provide a traditional rigid-shackle option for compatible cases and locking points.
Make Family Luggage Easier to Organize
Six locks make it easier to secure several bags without constantly moving the same lock from one suitcase to another. The four Eagle colors can also help assign locks to different travelers or bags at a glance.
Open Alert on All 6 Locks
Every Eagle and Titan lock in this bundle includes an Open Alert indicator. If the lock is opened during a TSA inspection, the indicator provides a visible cue so you know to check your luggage after pickup.
Lock Your Bag
Secure compatible luggage using your personal 3-digit combination.
TSA Inspection
Authorized airport security personnel can open the TSA lock when inspection is required.
Alert Appears
The Open Alert indicator gives you a visible sign that the lock was opened.
Check Your Bag
When you collect your luggage, the indicator lets you know to check the bag after screening.
One Familiar 3-Digit System Across Every Lock
Both the Eagle and Titan use resettable 3-digit combinations, so you do not need to learn a different opening method when switching between lock styles. Each of the six locks can still be assigned its own combination.
TSA-Approved for Baggage Inspection
All six locks are designed for TSA baggage inspections, allowing authorized security personnel to open and relock compatible luggage during screening without needing your personal combination.
Because both the Eagle and Titan also include Open Alert indicators, you have a visible way to tell when a lock has been opened during inspection.
One Family Bundle. More Ways to Lock Every Bag.
The Family Travel Lock Bundle combines the flexible fit of Forge Eagle cable locks with the traditional design of Forge Titan padlocks. You get six TSA-approved locks, two locking styles, 3-digit combinations throughout, and Open Alert indicators on every lock.
Total Locks
Enough locks for multiple suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks, and compatible travel gear.
Lock Styles
Flexible cable locks plus traditional rigid-shackle padlocks.
Open Alerts
Every lock includes an indicator for TSA inspection awareness.
Digit Combinations
The same familiar combination format across both lock styles.
Family Travel Lock Bundle FAQ
The bundle includes six TSA-approved locks: four Forge Eagle cable locks and two Forge Titan padlocks.

One Cable Lock + One Padlock for Each Traveler
The Couples Travel Bundle combines four TSA-approved luggage locks for two travelers: two black SureLock cable locks and two pink SureLock combination padlocks. Split the set evenly so each traveler has one flexible cable lock and one compact shackle lock to use across compatible suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks, and travel bags.
Both lock styles use resettable 3-digit combinations, easy-read dials, and SureLock's Open Alert indicator, while the different cable and shackle designs give you more flexibility for different luggage locking points.
What's Included
2 × SureLock 21105 Cable Locks — Black
A flexible cable option for compatible zipper pulls and locking points where a traditional rigid shackle may be less convenient.
2 × SureLock 23026 Combination Padlocks — Pink
A compact rigid-shackle option for compatible luggage hardware and other travel locking points that work well with a traditional padlock.
Why This Bundle Works for Two Travelers
One of Each Lock Style
Divide the bundle into two matching travel sets: one cable lock and one padlock for each traveler.
More Flexibility Across Different Bags
The flexible cable can reach compatible tight or offset zipper pulls, while the rigid shackle gives you a traditional padlock option for other compatible locking points.
Same Simple 3-Digit Setup
All four locks use resettable 3-digit combinations, so both travelers can use the same familiar type of locking system across the set.
Open Alert on All Four Locks
Each lock includes an Open Alert indicator designed to remain visible after the inspection mechanism has been used and reset after the lock is opened with the correct combination.
