No. Owners unlock the Titan 12022 with their personal 3-digit combination. The TSA008 keyway is intended for authorized airport security inspection and is not an owner backup keyway.
What does the red Open Alert indicator mean?
The red Open Alert indicator provides a visible signal after the lock has been opened through the TSA inspection keyway. After you enter the correct combination and open the lock, the indicator resets for future use.
Can TSA change my Titan combination?
No. TSA inspection access does not change your personal 3-digit combination. Authorized airport security can use the TSA008 inspection system without knowing or changing your code.
What happens if I forget my Titan 12022 combination?
The Titan 12022 does not include an owner key or master-reset function. If the lock is closed and the combination is forgotten, it cannot simply be reset without first opening it with the correct code. Test your new combination while the lock is still open and keep a record of it in a secure place.
