SureLock 18063 FAQs
No. The SureLock 18063 is opened by the owner with a personal 3-digit combination. The airport-security inspection access is not an owner backup key. The red Open Alert indicator rises after the lock has been opened through the TSA inspection system, giving you a visible sign that your luggage was inspected. Entering the correct combination and opening the lock automatically resets the indicator. The SureLock 18063 uses a resettable 3-digit combination with 1,000 possible codes, from 000 to 999. You can change the combination as often as needed, as long as you know the current code. The factory combination is 000. With the lock open and the current code aligned, use a pen tip or similar small tool to move the reset switch, choose your new 3-digit combination, then return the reset switch to its normal position. Test the new code several times while the lock is still open before using it on your luggage. The SureLock 18063 does not have an owner master-reset key. If you forget the combination, the lock cannot be reset until the current code is recovered. SureLock recommends checking the possible combinations from 000 through 999 or contacting customer support for assistance. The standard SureLock 18063 uses a flexible steel cable designed to pass through compatible suitcase zipper pulls, backpacks, carry-ons, duffel bags, and other small attachment points. The flexible design can fit openings that are difficult to use with a rigid padlock shackle. Check your zipper pulls or attachment points before purchasing.

Forge Titan 12022 FAQs
No. Owners unlock the Titan 12022 with their personal 3-digit combination. The TSA008 keyway is intended for authorized airport security inspection and is not an owner backup keyway. The red Open Alert indicator provides a visible signal after the lock has been opened through the TSA inspection keyway. After you enter the correct combination and open the lock, the indicator resets for future use. No. TSA inspection access does not change your personal 3-digit combination. Authorized airport security can use the TSA008 inspection system without knowing or changing your code. The Titan 12022 does not include an owner key or master-reset function. If the lock is closed and the combination is forgotten, it cannot simply be reset without first opening it with the correct code. Test your new combination while the lock is still open and keep a record of it in a secure place. The Titan 12022 uses a rigid shackle measuring 0.14 in in diameter with 0.63 in of vertical clearance. The lock measures 1.24 × 2.45 × 0.54 in and weighs 2.76 oz per lock. It is designed for compatible suitcase zipper pulls, travel cases, backpacks, and other small locking points. Measure the opening and surrounding clearance before purchasing.
The Extra Long version uses a 15-inch flexible cable, giving you additional reach for securing multiple zipper compartments, connecting bags, or looping through larger attachment points. It is more versatile than the standard cable when the items you want to secure are farther apart.

Forge Koala 2A008 FAQs
No. The Koala 2A008 is a keyed TSA cable lock, so there is no combination to remember or reset. Owners unlock the lock with the included dimple key. Keyed alike means that every Koala lock in the same package can be opened with any of the keys included in that package. This lets you carry one working key while keeping the other included keys in a separate safe place. Keyed-alike compatibility is guaranteed within the same package. Do not assume that keys from a separately purchased Koala set will open locks from another package. Keep at least one original key from each set in a safe place. TSA006 identifies the inspection key system used by the Koala 2A008. You use the included owner key for normal access, while authorized airport security can use the compatible TSA inspection system to open and re-lock the lock during baggage screening without needing your personal key. The 15-inch extra-long cable provides substantially more reach than a standard luggage lock, making it useful for larger attachment points, connecting travel items, or situations where a short cable cannot reach. Always check that the cable length and lock body fit your intended setup before purchasing. The Koala 2A008 is designed so the lock must be returned to the locked position before the key can be removed. This helps reduce the chance of the lock being left open after authorized inspection or normal use.

Forge Optimus 23072 FAQs
No. Owners unlock the Optimus 23072 with their 4-digit combination. The TSA008 keyway is intended for authorized security screening access and is not an owner keyway. The Open Alert indicator provides a visible signal after the lock has been opened through the TSA inspection keyway. Entering the correct combination and opening the lock resets the indicator for future use. The Optimus 23072 uses a back-switch reset system. Open the lock with the current 4-digit combination, move the reset switch on the back into the setting position, choose your new code, then return the switch to its original position. For detailed instructions, see our How to Set Forge TSA Lock guide. The Optimus 23072 does not have an owner master-reset function. If the lock is closed and the combination is forgotten, the code cannot simply be reset without first opening the lock with the correct combination. The TSA008 inspection keyway is not a backup owner keyway, so test and record your new code before locking it onto your luggage. The 15-inch Optimus cable provides substantially more reach than the standard 4.17-inch version. It is useful for larger attachment points, connecting multiple travel items, or situations where a standard luggage-lock cable cannot reach. The cable is 0.15 in in diameter; check your intended attachment points before purchasing. The Optimus 23072 is designed so an authorized TSA inspection key must return the lock to the secured position before the inspection key can be removed. This helps reduce the chance of the lock being left unlocked after baggage screening.
